Worst iron ever used, August 22, 2010 By Helen (New York) - See all my reviews This review is from: Turbo Power Forma SlimLine Flat Iron 1/2 " (Health and Beauty) This is absolutely the worst iron i have ever used. I bought it because it was slim and the design looks great, but don't be fooled. The plates slide very hard on the hair, not smoothly at all, and because it doesn't slide smoothly it leave visible dents on the hair. It's straightening power is that of a [...] dollar iron. Horrible. It leaves the hair dull and dry looking. Just horrible. It is also impossible to curl with this because it snags the hair and you can't possibly slide the iron down to curl. Mind you I am not a novice. I have been using flat irons for over ten years to straighten, flip and curl. I have used Sedu, Croc and GHD, all fantastic, and so i thought that since this iron was expensive it would work just as well. I truly feel ripped off. I cannot understand how the company would make such a horrible iron and have the nerve to sell it at such a price. I wouldn't put this on my hair even if they gave it to me for free. All in all, a horrible iron.
