This is the best one by far I've used. It gets hot enough to handle my curly hair and I can straighten all my hair in half the time it took me with other straighteners. This product is worth the investment! The reason for 4 stars is that on the edges of the plates, the paint is starting to wear off and the plastic is discoloring. If you have hard to manage hair, a CHI is a must!! Just make sure you use a heat protectant with this one!
