It heats up in seconds and the comb makes it very easy to run through my hair quickly. Within minutes my hair is finished and it is so soft and smooth. This is a great product!

I made several attempts to contact the seller to inform them about their mistake, but, my phone calls were never returned. I then decided to write them via email. I was finally contacted by them, and, they told me that I was sent the product that I ordered. I explained to them that they were incorrect and thay should look at my order again and they sent me an email saying, " You are confused, we sent you what you ordered," I was both horried and appalled at the email and treatment from this company. The best flat iron I have ever owned. But that was for just one day. I went to turn the iron on the next day, I heard a pop and that was it. Sent it back but I did not get another one. I am thankful that Amazon refunded my money. Bummed that the iron did not last.
