It now belongs to the garbage facility in my area. I was pulled to one of those kiosks in the mall and was so sold on the presentation that I went for it. After using a few months I noticed my hair was brittle and starting to break! I looked at the irons and they were kinda of burnt looking as well. I purchased a SEDU and used that for a period of time and my hair is back to normal. This iron was one of the worst I ever used.
