I have owned many flat irons from CHI to Babyliss and this is a much better flat iron. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants professional results. One thing I love about this iron is I am able to curl and straighten my hair and it doesn't leave my hair frizzy like other flat irons. The packaging was really cute and the iron itself is light and fits perfectly in your hand. It heats up super quick so be careful. Love it, Thanks. It really doesn't get hot enough so I have to keep going over the same spot several times to get it straight. Ordered it for my daughter because her chi had quit working. Received Karmin in mail and was excited until the it wouldn't even turn on. On/off switch faulty, I guess. Had to send it back. Never got to try it out. Went to a beauty supply store and bought an Ion flat iron with tourmaline plates for half the price and it works great.
