DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING FROM DEAD SEA BEAUTY - THIS DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED. I OPENED IT UP - TRIED THE STRAIGHTNER - IT DID NOT WORKK. I WENT TO RETURN THE ITEM (THE DAY I RECEIVED IT IN THE MAIL)
THE COMPANY WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK. THEY SAID I HAD TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER - THEY SAID IT WAS A WARRANTY ISSUE. THEY ALSO SAID I COULD NOT RETURN IT BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY OPENED.
HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW IF IT WORKS IF I DONT TRY IT?
THE HOT IRON HEATS UP - IT GETS VERY HOT - FOR SOME REASON IT DOES NOT STRAIGHTEN YOUR HAIR. IT IS NOT A WARRANTY ISSUE.
BOTTOM LINE - DONT BUY THIS STRAIGHTING IRON OR ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY "DEAD SEA BEAUTY" - THEY DONT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS UP -

Before I bought this Hair Straightener, I had already a Remington. I thought it was the best, but it has with me like 3 years. So I decided to buy a good ceramic hair straightener. I was undecided about which buy. So I saw an advertisment about the caracteristics of each hair straightener and this one looked like the best. I decided to buy it, and i don't regret to buy it. You feel when you straight the hair, it is too soft when you use it and the hair looks different. I have a wild hair, and i love to use this hair straightener. I bought it by Amazon.com, LLC. I bought it to Amazon.com, LLC. I prefer to buy to them.
La uso en Costa Rica, y es fantástica. Aquí no la venden, pero es muy buena. Mi cuñada le fascino, mi hermana antes usaba la remington y no me la devolvia. Ahora entra a mi cuarto a escondidas para quitarme la plancha. XD

As another reviewer noted the flat iron did not initially come with the free safety mat/travel bag that was advertised. This was the main reason that I ordered the product from this company vs another site. I emailed the company and had an immediate response. The service representative noted that the matt/bag ships seperately and would come in the mail shortly after the main shipment. I received the mat/bag aproximately 2 working days later. While I was surprised that the two pieces did not ship together, I was very pleased with the great customer service. The product is a gift, so I have not used the product,but two thumbs up fo the service team.
