Of course my hair was just brushed up in a ponytail and she asked if she could show me something on my hair. Now I'm mixed, African American and Hispanic, I typically get my hair blow dried by the Dominican Salon here in NYC to straighten it once a month, I do not have a relaxer or perm, but I do have highlights. My hair is naturally very dry and I have tried tons of products and tools on my hair and I must say the Amika gives amazing results! It's like magic, honestly! On one side of my hair she flat ironed it straight and on the other side she curled it. Both sides looked amazing! My fiance made me buy it! lol He said now I have no excuse to have ponytails in between salon visits.
